Registration Fees

The conference fees are considered very low comparing the similar regional events, however, due to the regional low-medium economic classification, we have to adopt with these figures to get maximum participation and contribution from whole region. The conference fees are vary as the following :

• After 20 March 2013 & onsite  : USD 150
• Students : USD 50

Two-Day Conference Package​​​​​​​​​​ (23-24 April 2013 ) :​

 

• Before 20 March 2013 : USD 200
• After 20 March 2013 & onsite  : USD 250
• Gala dinner : USD 25
• Students : USD 100​

Full 3-Day Conference Package ( 22-24 April 2013 )  :​

 

• Before 20 March 2013 : USD 250
• After 20 March 2013 & onsite  : USD 350
• Gala Dinner : USD 25
• Students : USD 125

A Single Day Conference Package ( 23 or 24 April 2013 )  :​

 

• Before 20 March 2013 : USD 150
• After 20 March 2013 & onsite  : USD 200
• Students : USD 75​

Remarks: ​

• Conference Materials, coffee/tea breaks, and two lunches on 23 & 24 April 2013, have been included in the registration fees.
• Upon availability of sponsorship funds, we will work on Bursaries for low-income countries’ participants and students.​
