Conference Committees

Scientific Program Committee (SPC): All conference submissions concerning the 3-day conference shall follow the MEDINFO2013 submissions’ style in terms of format of submissions, which attached as addendums to this document. The SPC will be in charge for reviewing all the conference submissions, and selecting the best ones including oral and poster presentations, panels, tutorials, hands-on workshop, and software applications’ demonstration proposals. SPC and Conference Chair will finalize the submissions’ selection process, as well as inviting the speakers for keynote addresses and plenary sessions, before the conference program being publicized to the authors, and in conference related media. There would be a SPC email group, and online call conferences through Skype for all necessary discussions among the SPC members, and conference chair. Furthermore, the SPC shall be actively involved in the conference-marketing job with Organizing Committee (OC), as well.

Organizing Committee (OC): The OC will work closely with the Conference Chair to manage all day-to-day activities during conference preparation phase, and running phase of the 3-day conference including :

Conference website updates , & maintenance ;
Distribution of conference flyers;
Helping for Media broadcasting ;
Active Marketing for the conference ;
To attract sponsorship ;
To collaborate with conference organizing company ;

Conference Chair: will lead, coordinate, harmonize, manage , and be in charge of all conference activities, at all levels, with a close collaboration with SPC, OC, and Organizing Company to make sure the conference quality, financial, marketing, and administration efficiency. The conference chair is Dr.Ramin Moghaddam, the MEAHI founding president.
