Conference Committees

MEAHI STC 2015 Co-chairs: Dr.Ramin Moghaddam & Mr.Hamza Alshawaf

Scientific Program Committee (SPC): All conference submissions concerning the 3-day conference shall follow the MEDINFO2015 submissions’ style in terms of format of submissions. The SPC will be in charge for reviewing all the conference submissions, and selecting the best ones including oral and poster presentations, panels, tutorials, hands-on workshop, and software applications’ demonstration proposals.

Local Organizing Committee (LOC): The LOC , which is based in Kuwait , is in charge of managing all day-to-day activities during conference preparation phase, and running phase of the 3-day conference including:

Distribution of conference flyers, and its promotion posters.
Collecting and book keeping the conference registration fees.
Managing and reporting accounting affairs.
Guests and speakers invitations, visa arrangement.
Media broadcasting and Audio-visual.
Active Marketing for the conference.
To attract sponsorship.
To attract Exhibitors.
Exhibition Management.
Preparation and distribution of the conference proceedings.
Hospitality Management.
Social Program Management.
